Standing, sitting and strengthening;
While on the road, finding a place to stretch it out always provides new scenes! Today I was hosted in the office of Alice and Richard (thank you!!)
This is a really good class where we start standing, get into the stretch, and include some important strengthening concepts to bring us full circle to the inner domain where all wisdom exists.
