Saturday October 25th: Somatic Stretch® live class in Ojai
This is a 90-minute live-streamed class, held at a private residence in Ojai, CA.
Get ready to get lithe, letting go of the old and ringing in the new!
Returning Members:

Once you complete your purchase you will receive an email with a registration link. Register for that class right away so that a reminder can be sent to you before class, or if cancellation is required by Meredith you will receive notice of it.
You may want to bring:
- pillows or bolsters
- water
- journal
And wear loose comfortable clothing. We will be on the floor mostly. If you this is not comfortable for you bring a chair with no arms on it and we'll be off and stretching!
