Each session will begin with a short, optional suggestion.

We practice together in silence (audio off, video optional). Recordings show only Meredith.
- Sessions are 15 minutes. Sessions may go longer, and there is no need to stay if you're done. Come even if you only have five minutes - we'll be here!

Try meditation, stretching, yoga, breathwork, journaling, or simply resting—whatever supports you.
