Friday November 18: IS the Universe a Hologram??

Today we covered the last sections of Level One, with our guest Marshall Lefferts. Great discussions on the connection between fractals and holographic reality, chakras, singularities and the body!

Saturday November 26: What's in the Body

We began getting into the body, largely at your own pace as there is so much available in going through the exercises themselves within the program, and understanding the essentials are the focus. As well we discuss the CNS and dysregulation of the nervous system and take some questions to clarify the overall work. 

Our last week is next Friday! Please cover the last three sections of Level 2.

Friday December 2: Bringing the concepts together

Wow what a feast of ideas these calls have been! In this final call we bring together the ideas and concepts of how East meets West, and how that can be accessed by your very own body. A sweet finish to a beautiful month together! Come stretch with us and embody more as you (perhaps) wander through the program again, slowly, bit by bit and bringing your breath to class.
